We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases made on our site unless mandated by law. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be considered for a resolution, you must provide proof of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item or a store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Please ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a replacement or credit.
Chargebacks and Policy Changes
All items sold by NeverdreamtofailLLC are non-returnable. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for valid delivered orders. We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
