Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our reach in the future. We recommend that our customers review this policy periodically, as we may update our processes and terms to better serve our growing community. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We are happy to deliver to P.O. boxes across the United States. Please note that pre-order items have unique timelines and will ship as soon as inventory becomes available; if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately to get your gear to you as fast as possible. You will receive a tracking number via email once your label is created.
Package Issues and Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; NeverdreamtofailLLC is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the items.
